Help desk

A help desk where every request has an owner

Requests from your website, your members and your own team land in one queue. Each gets a named owner, its own thread and a history, with your knowledge library right beside it.

Sound familiar?

The request was made. Then it disappeared.

Nothing is wrong with your team. There is just no single place for the work.

  • It came in by email, by phone, in a chat and in the corridor.
  • Nobody is quite sure who picked it up.
  • The person who asked has to chase for an update.
  • The same question gets answered from scratch every time.

One queue

However it arrives, it lands in the same place

No more requests scattered across inboxes, chats and sticky notes. Pick a source to see how it comes in.

The life of a ticket

From first message to closed, on the record

Step through one request to see what your team and the requester each see along the way.

It starts as a ticket, not a lost message

The request gets a category and a priority the moment it is logged, and its own thread opens.

Knowledge built in

Answer it once. Find it every time after.

Your team's notebooks, documents and conversations sit in the same workspace as the tickets. Ask a question in plain words and the answer comes back with the places it was found.

  • Notebooks for policies, playbooks and how-tos
  • A resource library for documents and imported web pages
  • Ask AI, with citations to the note, document or message

Questions

What people ask before they start

How do requests reach the help desk?

Three ways. A website visitor leaves a message in your AI assistant, a member opens a ticket in the app, or someone on your team logs one. They all land in the same queue.

How is a ticket tracked?

Each ticket moves from Open to Assigned to Closed. It has a category, one of five priority levels and its own conversation thread, where every change of owner, priority or status is recorded.

Who can see a ticket?

The person who raised it, the person it is assigned to, and your agents and admins. Other members cannot see it.

Does the person who asked get updates?

Yes. Members are notified in the app and by push notification as their ticket progresses. Website visitors, who have no account, are answered by email.

Is there a knowledge base?

Yes. Your team keeps notebooks and a resource library in the same workspace, and Ask AI answers questions from them with citations, so an answer written once can be found again.

Can we talk to the person instead of typing?

Yes. Members can chat with your team live in the app, start a voice or video call, or book a session in a free slot. Group calls include screen sharing.

What does it cost?

Plans are sized by staff seats. Free is $0 with up to 5 seats, Pro is $39 a month with up to 15, and Business is $149 a month with up to 50. The members and website visitors you serve are unlimited on every plan.
