Billing
Prices are in US dollars, exclude VAT and other sales taxes, and are billed monthly. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Currency and invoicing
Self-serve plans are priced in US dollars and billed monthly by card. For Rand invoicing, purchase-order billing or another currency, contact us and we will arrange it with you.
Fair use
Paid plans include AI answers on a fair-use basis, sized for normal use by a team of that plan's size. If your workspace consistently runs beyond it, we will contact you to agree the right plan rather than cut you off.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace returns to the Free plan. Your first payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.
