What people ask before they start
What does the assistant answer from?
Only from content you have chosen for it. That usually starts with the pages and PDFs Omnien imports from your website, and you can add your own documents and notes on top. Everything in the assistant's workspace is there because you put it there, and it does not answer from the open internet.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It says so instead of guessing. The visitor is then offered two ways to reach your team: leave a message, which becomes a ticket with the conversation attached, or book a call in a free slot.
Can a visitor reach a real person?
Yes. A message left in the assistant becomes a ticket in your workspace and your team replies by email. A visitor can also book a video call, and joins it from an emailed link with no account and nothing to install.
How do I add it to my website?
Paste one script tag into your site. You can set the accent colour, the side of the screen, the title and the greeting with attributes on the same tag.
Can I try it before my visitors see it?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, has a preview in the dashboard that runs the real assistant on your real content.
What does it cost?
Previewing is free. Pro is $39 a month and puts the assistant live on one website. Business is $149 a month, covers several websites and lets you remove the Omnien badge.
Can I remove the "Powered by Omnien" badge?
Yes, on the Business and Enterprise plans.
